Specifically, they struggled to track multiple assets under a single work order and could not manage the invoicing process within the same platform. These gaps led to significant inefficiencies in service delivery, poor asset tracking, and disconnected billing processes that delayed payment cycles.

Prudent customized Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to create an end-to-end service management ecosystem. We enhanced the FSL module with advanced inventory and warehouse management capabilities, allowing for real-time tracking of parts and materials directly within Salesforce. This ensured technicians were always equipped with the necessary resources before arriving at a site.
Furthermore, we implemented a “Multiple Start-Ups” solution, allowing a single work order to be associated with multiple assets, each linked to its own detailed start-up form.
To close the loop on the service cycle, Prudent integrated invoicing capabilities directly into FSL. This enabled the company to generate and manage invoices based on services provided in real-time, eliminating the need for external systems and reducing manual data entry errors.
